Playing

Use Tab and Enter or Space to select minions, destinations and decisions. Escape clears a selection.

Move, Fight, Slaughter and special each cost one action. Moving then fighting costs two. Each player's special is available once per game.

A minion cannot revisit a battlefield within its turn. Home and combat returns are exempt; a return's battlefield destination counts as visited for later movement.

Victory: stay or move one field towards home. Evade: move one field towards home or home, keeping value. Revive: move home or reroll home. Retreat and Defect reroll home.

Ordinary movement home keeps the die value. Slaughter casualties are chosen by the defender, home first.

No legal action means defeat. Conceding ends the game.
